What ebook formats do you sell?
Every ebook is available in Kindle EPUB, EPUB (other ereaders), and Legacy MOBI (for Kindle). Most Kindles now use the Kindle EPUB format. I’m in the process of also adding PDF.
If I buy an ebook, how do I read it? Or get it to my device?
Once you purchase an ebook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the ebook, or you can send it to your favorite device. If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder.
All of your digital purchases can also be found in your Bookfunnel library at https://My.BookFunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books.

If I buy an audiobook, how do I listen to it? Or get it to my device?
Once you purchase an audiobook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the audiobook, and instructions for how to download and listen in their app, or on another device. If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes, please look for it in your Spam folder.

If I buy a print book, how long does it take to get to me?
It depends on the backlog. Each book is printed when ordered. You will be able to view tracking information through a link that will be emailed to you after your purchase.
I changed my device and lost my library. Can I re-download the books?
Yes. You can recover your library at https://My.BookFunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books.
What about refunds?
There is a 30-day guarantee. If there is an issue, I will refund your money during this time. The 30-day time period starts from the date of purchase. If there’s another issue, email me at mpax AT mpaxauthor dot com and we’ll work it out.
How does it help M. Pax to buy direct?
If you buy direct, I get paid within hours rather than months, which helps me write more books. The big retailers are great and I love working with them (you can find my books at all of them), but it’s becoming harder to be seen. My direct store allows me to feature my products without having to compete with anyone else for your notice.
